Frankfurt, Germany, 14 April 2025: Racing legend and Genesis Brand Partner Jacky Ickx has returned to the iconic Spa-Francorchamps circuit, in a high-performance showcase with G70 Track Taxi.
Ickx, a six-time Le Mans winner who also achieved his first Formula One Podium at the circuit in 1968, returned to put G70 Track Taxi through its paces, marking a break from the car’s usual duties at the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit.
An exciting new era
The 3.3-litre, modified G70 Track Taxi, sporting a new livery for the 2025 season, received an outstanding review from Ickx, who praised its responsive handling and formidable performance across more than 20 laps of the historic 7km circuit. Unleashing the turbocharged, 365hp global specification model on a closed course, Ickx noted the car’s athletic performance represents an exciting new era for the brand.

Track Taxi returns to ‘the Green Hell’
G70 Track Taxi Nordschleife has returned for its second season at one of the most legendary auto-racing circuits in the world – the Nürburgring.
The adapted model offers a thrilling experience for both drivers and passengers alike, with high performance brakes and cooling tyres delivering an exhilarating track experience around the Green Hell’s 73 corners and 300 metres of altitude change.
