AEHRA Head of Purchasing and Procurement
Mazzetti holds responsibility for the sourcing of the most innovative technologies and advanced components the market offers, and the management of commercial partnerships to support AEHRA’s asset-light commercial and manufacturing strategy.
Born in October 1987 in Italy, Stefano Mazzetti holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan. He completed an advanced training course in Engineering Management at Bosch Rexroth, where he began his career as a Sales Engineer in the Mobile Hydraulics Application Department in 2013. Moving to Brembo S.p.A. as Project Engineer in 2014, Mazzetti served in the company’s Passenger Car System Division’s development of the new brake systems for Porsche A.G. and Lamborghini. In 2016 he assumed the role of Program Manager within Ferrari’s R&D division, in Maranello, taking care of new vehicle development, including the GTC4 Lusso with V12 and V8 Turbo engines and then the new technologies and components developed by the chassis Department. In 2020 Mazzetti moved to the Ferrari Purchasing Department as Purchasing Manager for innovation. There, Mazzetti was responsible for sourcing innovative technologies and components and managing commercial relationships, gaining further extensive experience in the global automotive industry, which he now leverages in his role as AEHRA Head of Purchasing and Procurement.
