We back people to protect rainforest and fight the climate crisis. We’re in the middle of a climate crisis. It’s urgent. We help tackle the climate crisis by protecting the three largest rainforests in the world. It’s important because rainforests help keep our planet cool. 30% cooler in fact. We don’t buy land or plant trees, we protect rainforests by supporting the people who live there. That’s because when these communities thrive they are the rainforest's greatest protectors - preventing deforestation across their land. We support the communities with cash and resources. This means they can access everything they need to thrive and they don't have to sell their rainforests to loggers or miners to survive. Because of this, the rainforest remains standing.
